Featuring an original wooden parquet floor and large infinity cove, Studio 1 has been beautifully designed with a comfortable seating area, spacious make-up and stylist space and dining table seating ten. Daylight is provided through North and East facing windows, along with skylights, while blackout is also an option. This top floor studio also includes a fully equipped kitchen, with domestic fridge empty for your use.

PROVISIONS & STUDIO FRIDGE
We offer a selection of provisions and a fridge full of Karma drinks and sparkling water. Our filtered still water glass bottles are free of charge.
Please let us know if you prefer the provisions fridge to be locked and the snack basket removed. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to empty the provisions fridges.
STYLING & MAKE- UP AREA
Includes one rail, 25x hangers, large mirror. Extra styling EQ is available upon request.
WIFI AND SOUND
WIFI and Speakers are available via Bluetooth. Please note that our studios are not soundproof.
HEALTH & SAFETY INFORMATION
Weekday Rate (Monday - Fridays) £1000.
Weekend Rate (Saturday-Sunday) £750*.
The standard full day hire is 9 hours between 8am - 6.30pm.
Overtime
6-7am £200, 7-8am + After your finish time - until 9pm £175 / 9-11pm £200 / 11pm - 2am £250
*Please note weekend shoots must be confirmed by Thursday 10am for the discounted rates to apply.
