Studio 3 is our largest studio. Located on the ground floor this studio has access through a private courtyard, which can also be used as a shoot space. Studio 3 has the largest infinity cove with a return sidewall, grey painted concrete floors, client seating, a large styling area and kitchen space with fully stocked provisions fridge and snack basket.

We offer a selection of provisions and a fridge full of Karma drinks and sparkling water. Our filtered still water glass bottles are provided free of charge.
Please let us know if you prefer the provisions fridge to be locked and the snack basket removed. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to empty the provisions fridges.
STYLING & MAKE- UP AREA
Includes one rail, 25x hangers, 2x HMU stations, 2x full length wall mirrors. Extra styling EQ is available upon request.
WIFI AND SOUND
WIFI and Speakers are available via Bluetooth.

The standard full day hire is 9 hours between 8am - 6.30pm.
Overtime
6-7am £200, 7-8am + After your finish time - until 9pm £175 / 9-11pm £200 / 11pm - 2am £250
*Please note weekend shoots must be confirmed by Thursday 10am for the discounted rates to apply.
