On the ground floor is a self-contained changing room along with a separate makeup room with two hair and makeup stations, and a kitchen with a domestic fridge, oven and microwave. On the upper level, is a private bathroom and large comfortable breakout space with client seating, a large dining table and West-facing windows.

When used in conjunction with Studio 4 it’s ideal for larger shoots offering secluded private space away from the main shoot area.

    CATERING SERVICE

    Plates, cutlery, glasses, serviettes and everything you need for our buffet-style catering service.

    PROVISIONS & STUDIO FRIDGE

    We offer a selection of provisions and a fridge full of Karma drinks and sparkling water. Our filtered still water glass bottles are provided free of charge.

    Please let us know if you prefer the provisions fridge to be locked and the snack basket removed. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to empty the provisions fridges.

    The standard full day hire is 9 hours between 8am-6.30pm.

    6-7am £200, 7-8am + After your finish time - until 9pm £175 / 9pm-2am £250

    *Please note weekend shoots must be confirmed by Thursday 10am for the discounted rates to apply.
